Looking for an inspiring downtown space to gather?
Our private studio in the heart of Flagstaff is available for occasional rental. It’s an ideal setting for small groups (2–6 people), one-on-one sessions, and creatives in need of a clean, neutral space for photography or content creation.
Rentals are not the primary focus of our business, and we review all requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval. We’re happy to share this space when the fit and timing are right.
Pricing Structure & Use Expectations

All rentals include setup + breakdown time within your scheduled hours.
We kindly prioritize bookings of 2+ hours to support intentional use of the space.Rental Options
Solo Use (coaching, 1:1) $45/hr
Group Use (2–6 people) $50/hr

Ideal for content creation, workshops, or deep work sessions.
6-Hour Day Pass $275
We ask that you clean the space in the time that you rent from us. If you would like to have us clean it is a $25 fee. -
Additional guests (over 6): +$15/hr
After hours (before 9am or after 7pm): +$10/hr
Cleaning fee (if needed): $25
Security deposit (if required): $100 refundable

Tea bar, Wi-Fi, and bathroom access
Please note: This space is not available for parties, or high-traffic use. All guests must be invited to the space and cannot exceed the amount of people you are approved to invite to the studio.
