Why do you charge for a discovery call?
Our discovery calls are more than just a quick chat, they’re a consulting session. We’ll discuss your goals, explore strategy, and give you actionable insights you can use right away. To honor our time and expertise, we charge $50 for this session. If you move forward with a website build, we’ll credit the $50 toward your project.
How long is the call?
Your discovery call is scheduled for 30 minutes. This gives us enough time to dig into your business, discuss your vision, and answer your initial questions without rushing.
Where will we meet?
We take our first meeting via video call (we’ll send you a link when you schedule). Past the discovery call project meetings can happen on the phone, via video chat, or in person at our Downtown Flagstaff Design Studio.
Our design studio can comfortably fit a team of 5 for meetings.

Do I need to prepare anything?
Not much! We recommend:
Your ideas or inspiration (if you have them)
Any existing brand materials (logo, color palette, photos)
An understanding of your top priorities for your new site
Is there a limit to what we can discuss?
We’ll focus on website design and strategy for your business. If you’d like to go deeper into branding, marketing campaigns, or other services, we can book a separate consulting session at our standard $100 hourly rate.
7What if I decide not to move forward after the call?
No problem—the $50 fee covers our time and expertise during the session. You’ll still walk away with clarity, ideas, and action steps.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your call are non-refundable.
